Amanda is an ICF accredited executive coach with 9 years coaching experience. Her experience in diverse industry sectors has provided her with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the challenges faced by leaders at all levels. After deciding to leave her 30+ year corporate and senior leadership career, Amanda's wish was to work more closely in the human side of business.

Amanda is an ICF ACC accredited and certified executive coach who graduated with distinction from Henley's MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change and has her own coaching and consultancy practice in Munich, Germany. Amanda completed her initial coach training with Henley Business School Germany in 2015-16 and 2020, gaining a triple accredited Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching.

As an executive coach, she draws on a range of techniques including Systemic, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural, Humanistic, Solution-focused and Strengths-based coaching.

As an accredited member of the ICF since 2020, Amanda abides by the ICF Code of Ethics, and her coaching practice is defined by a high level of professionalism and integrity.

International Corporate and Leadership background with 15 years’ experience in international leadership roles within the omnichannel retail industry.

Over 15 years of consulting experience focusing on the areas of leadership and coaching skills development, strategic-, brand-, product- and digital marketing, customer-focus, communication, sales and business development.

Experience leading large teams.

A coach educator, since 2020 part of the international tutor team on Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching which she teaches to international experienced leaders, HR professionals and coaches in Germany, Denmark, Finland as well as online.

Henley Business School is a triple-accredited business school and part of the University of Reading, UK and is currently ranked 20 in the world for Executive Education providers.

Henley's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching is triple accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC) and is a university level executive programme.
