Building Resilience and Renewing Energy

In our crazy busy world, it's more important than ever that we build our resilience, so we can handle uncertainty, change and pressure, and find coping strategies to help us manage our stress levels.

It is important to learn how to cope best with increasing work demands and prepare for unexpected challenges or changes yet this can require a conscious effort. In order to develop resilience it is important to try to reflect on current coping mechanisms and stress related triggers. In our session we will analyse what needs to change, identify where you need support, and importantly, where you have natural strengths and are doing well.

Building resilience needs to be a conscious process but the good news is that anyone can develop and build personal resilience, even if they are not a naturally confident or resilient person. We will work on developing a positive mindset and focusing on strengths, both your own and also those of your colleagues

Our session will help you to:

  • understand your current coping mechanisms and learn what triggers stress
  • learn to cope with stress and prepare for unexpected challenges and changes
  • better manage you energy renewal throughout the day in order to maintain high performance
